TEI, or Task-Emulated Intelligence, is InsuranceGPTs’ design and operating approach for bounded, task-specific insurance workflows. It is not a separate model, AI platform, hosted software system, or claim of proprietary intelligence.
Reusable skills in customer AI workspaces
InsuranceGPTs skills are reusable instruction packages with defined processes and structured outputs, installed in supported customer AI workspaces. The host platform provides the underlying model; InsuranceGPTs provides workflow instructions, output structure, evidence controls, and professional-review points.
Current host verification
OpenAI Codex — partially verified: Limited recorded tests produced positive results for selected text-based workflows. Broader testing remains incomplete.
Claude — partially verified: Limited recorded tests produced positive results for selected workflows and small synthetic document fixtures. Broader installation and document testing remain incomplete.
ChatGPT — not yet verified: Separate installation and end-to-end verification for the intended skills experience have not been completed.
These observations are not certifications or universal guarantees of accuracy, compatibility, or performance across models, plans, workspaces, or documents.
Evidence, privacy, and accountability
Users must verify material outputs against current controlling sources and distinguish supported findings from assumptions, conflicts, and missing evidence. Customers are responsible for their selected platform, settings, access, retention, authorized data use, and appropriate redaction. Qualified human review remains required for decisions, communications, approvals, compliance conclusions, and external reliance.
Catalog transition
Historical context: InsuranceGPTs previously offered workflows as Custom GPT products. That access model is retired, and new access is paused while workflows are rebuilt and tested as installable AI skills.
